    Domestic Shipping Policy

    Order Processing Time

    • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

    • Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly. If delays occur, we will notify you via email.

    Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days from the shipment date.

    • Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

    Order Tracking & Shipment Confirmation

    • Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.

    • The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of shipment. You can use it to monitor your package’s progress.

    International Shipping Policy

    Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

    Damaged Orders

    • If your order arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and file a claim with the shipping carrier.

    • Contact us at orders@breathlink.us with photos of the damaged item, and we will promptly assist in resolving the issue.

    Lost or Stolen Orders

    • If your order is marked as delivered but not received, contact us immediately at orders@breathlink.us

    • We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and, if necessary, involve local law enforcement.

    • Once the investigation is complete (within 21 days), we will issue a replacement or refund based on the findings.

    Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Refused Deliveries

    • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package cannot be recovered, Breathlink is not responsible for replacement or refund.
